Job Description

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives, brand positioning, and growth targets.
  • Plan and manage monthly marketing calendars, ensuring marketing initiatives are strategically scheduled across key campaigns, product launches, recruitment, and corporate branding activities.
  • Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and customer insights through market research, competitor analysis, and performance data.
  • Develop creative marketing concepts and initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities and executed effectively.

 

Content & Social Media Management

  • Manage the company's social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Plan, coordinate, and publish content that supports overall marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Produce 2–3 high-quality content pieces per week, including carousel posts, Reels, Stories, and event-related content.
  • Write engaging captions and coordinate content scheduling across social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on audience engagement and analytics.

 

Content Production & Event Coverage

  • Plan and coordinate photo and video content for marketing campaigns, products, corporate activities, recruitment, and company events.
  • Capture on-site content during events for real-time and post-event marketing.
  • Edit video and visual content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent creative software.
  • Deliver timely event highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign assets to maximise post-event engagement.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or equivalent creative software.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, photography, and video editing skills.
  • Creative, self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Willing to travel and support event coverage, including occasional work outside regular office hours when required.
