Responsibilities:

<li>Assist in executing strategic marketing plans that's aligned with business goals to drive brand growth and sales.</li>
<li>Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and monthly sales &amp; marketing reports to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.</li>
<li>Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within budget and achieving set objectives.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms, collaborating with business development and creative teams.</li>
<li>Assist in digital marketing activities, including social media, social ads, e-commerce ads, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and online advertising, with a focus on continuous performance improvement.</li>
<li>Manage e-commerce platforms to maximize online sales and brand presence.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to support promotions and in-store marketing activities.</li>
<li>Coordinate and assist in new product launches, working closely with teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.</li>
