Our Client a leading bank in Asia with a global network of more than 500 branches and offices in 19 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America are looking for Consultants to be part of the project
The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. They work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Malaysia and overseas branches.
The client has more than 80 years of history in the banking industry and is expanding its footprint in Malaysia.
The selected resource will be working in a newly setup technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.
Responsibilities
Responsible on the development of Consolidation/Elimination, budgeting and forecasting related projects/Change Requests and ensure deliverables are in good quality.
Develop functionalities to cater business requirements using EPM solutions.
Develop Unix Shell script to execute HFM, Essbase/Planning functions or to manipulate data.
Design and build dependency on Control-M jobs
Support UAT cycle, troubleshoot the issues and provide bug fixes
Participate in user requirements gathering and able to provide impact analysis and efforts estimation
Responsible to raise remedy ticket for required changes in controlled environments
Responsible to migrate deliverables objects using Aldon migration tools.
Skills
Must have
Degree in Computer Science or related fields with minimum 3 years developer experience working on EPM and/or HFM
Familiar with various Essbase technologies such as HFM, ASO, BSO, partitioning, etc.
Proficient in writing Essbase Calculation script, MaxL, Load rule and report script.
Proficient in writing Unix shell script.
Familiar with budgeting and forecasting business processes and SDLC cycle
Be proactive and responsible.
Nice to have
Awk and sed will be a plus.
Prior experience to OBIEE, DRM, HFM, PL/SQL will be a plus
