<p>Malaysia Airports manages and operates 39 airports in Malaysia and one international airport in Istanbul, Turkey. The 39 airports in Malaysia comprise of 5 international, 16 domestic and 18 Short Take-Off and Landing Ports (STOL Ports). Malaysia Airports is the company that helps connect the country – bringing together remote, rural communities with the vibrant cities and providing the country’s premier gateway to the world beyond.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Malaysia Airports was corporatised in 1992 and listed on the Malaysian Stock Exchange (Bursa Malaysia) seven years later, becoming the first Asian airport operator to go public and only the sixth in the world to do so. It now employs some 11,000 people in Malaysia and around the world.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Our core business is the management, operation, maintenance and development of airports. The company draws its revenue from aeronautical operations – aircraft landing and parking fees, passenger service charges and other airline charges – and commercial activities from airport-related services such as duty free shops and other retail outlets, hotel operations, commercial leasing and car park management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Over the past decades, Malaysia Airports has developed a business model that focuses not only on the airports portfolio, but also on optimising the commercial opportunities presented by the travel and aviation industry. facilities management and services toward a high quality performance and customer oriented.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS</b></p> <ul> <li>Responsible in the implementation of operation and maintenance of Internal O&amp;M Contracts in order to meet the respective client’s expectations.</li> <li>Plan, implement and monitor O&amp;M activities for the Shift Operation, Corrective and Breakdown Maintenance in order to upkeep equipment performance and technical system availability.</li> <li>Manage and monitor resources such as manpower, tools, equipment and transportation in order to achieve competent staff and meet O&amp;M objective.</li> <li>Ensure the Contractual Service Level requirement with regards to respond time and recovery time are achieved.</li> <li>Liaise with Competent Electrical Engineer in compliant with Electrical Safety Regulation and Electrical Supply Act 1990.</li> <li>Ensure the smooth running of Operation including managing manpower planning, logistic, tools, and instrumentation.</li> <li>Assist in developing plans and policies for the execution of the facilities O&amp;M works.</li> <li>Responsible for the management of unit functions as head of unit.</li> <li>Responsible in the enforcement of the Safety &amp; Emergency Action Plans.</li> <li>Responsible in the evaluation of unit performance.</li> <li>Monitor and coordinate the implementation Standard Operation Procedures and Work Instructions in line with Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) in order to achieve high quality services and continual improvement as per ISO 9001:2008 QMS at work place.</li> <li>Implement 5s policies in all plant room/workplace.</li> <li>Assists in prepare and monitor yearly departmental budget for spare parts,
