Job Descriptions:

•  Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting works by responsible to supervise/ perform tasks related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets Register, Cash Flow and other reconciliation.
•  Prepare monthly accounts, budget, financial management reports and all other accounting matters in compliance with MFRS.
•  Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing and implement or improve ERP/accounting systems to streamline reporting.
•  Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filing.
•  Set up cost monitoring frameworks for engineering, procurement, and construction phases
•  Cash flow management include of banking facilities to assist company's business expansion
•  Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
•  Identify and manage applications for government incentives (e.g., Green Technology Financing Scheme, tax allowances, etc
•  Handles tax agent, external auditor, company secretary, consultant and regulatory authorities, freight forwarders and banking matters.
•  Identify financial and contractual risks in EPC contracts and mitigate them.
•  Knowledge of Forex, USD MYR hedging, purchase Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit issuance to oversea supplier
•  Good understanding and experience in shipping bill of lading, custom clearance, import tax payment

Job Requirements

Ideal Background/Skills

•  Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent).• Experience in construction, energy, or infrastructure finance.• Strong grasp of project accounting and cash flow management.• Familiarity with Malaysian tax laws and renewable energy frameworks.
