Our Mission

<h3><strong>Job Descriptions:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting works by responsible to supervise/ perform tasks related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets Register, Cash Flow and other reconciliation.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Prepare monthly accounts, budget, financial management reports and all other accounting matters in compliance with MFRS.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing and implement or improve ERP/accounting systems to streamline reporting.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filing.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Set up cost monitoring frameworks for engineering, procurement, and construction phases</li>
<li>&nbsp;Cash flow management include of banking facilities to assist company's business expansion</li>
<li>&nbsp;Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Identify and manage applications for government incentives (e.g., Green Technology Financing Scheme, tax allowances, etc</li>
<li>&nbsp;Handles tax agent, external auditor, company secretary, consultant and regulatory authorities, freight forwarders and banking matters.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Identify financial and contractual risks in EPC contracts and mitigate them.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Knowledge of Forex, USD MYR hedging, purchase Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit issuance to oversea supplier</li>
<li>&nbsp;Good understanding and experience in shipping bill of lading, custom clearance, import tax payment</li>
</ul>
