-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance, user experience, and functionality.

Technical Support:
-Provide technical support for any issues related to web applications or website performance.
-Coordinate with external vendors and IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
-Respond promptly to incidents or issues affecting the availability of web services.

Security Management:
-Ensure the security of web applications and websites by implementing security protocols and regular security checks.
-Apply security patches and updates to avoid vulnerabilities and data breaches.
-Perform regular backups to prevent data loss and maintain web application and website stability.

Performance Optimization:
-Conduct regular testing and analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing website performance, speed, and functionality.
-Monitor website traffic and performance metrics to ensure a seamless user experience.

Collaboration with Development Teams:
-Work closely with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to implement new features, updates, and modifications to the website/web apps.
-Ensure that web applications meet business requirements, user needs, and industry standards.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the website is aligned with company branding and marketing objectives.

Documentation and Reporting:
-Create and maintain documentation for all technical processes, website configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
-Prepare and present reports on the status of website/web application maintenance, incidents, and performance to management.
-Keep track of software version updates and changes, and manage version control.

User Experience and Feedback:
-Monitor user feedback on website performance and address any issues or concerns raised by users.
