• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
   
• Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid ads, and events.
   
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
   
• Collaborate closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
   
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and prepare regular reports for management.
   
• Manage the company’s online presence, including social media platforms, website, and digital assets.
   
• Lead and mentor junior marketers or interns as part of the marketing team.
   
• Identify new opportunities for strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
   
• Oversee branding consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
   
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing.
   
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
   
• Strong knowledge of social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
   
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
   
• Creative, strategic, and data-driven mindset.
   
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
   
• Experience in education, training, or events industry is an added advantage.
