Job Description

We’re looking for a visionary Art Director who can lead creative concepts from idea to execution, inspire the team, and deliver campaigns that make brands stand out.

What you’ll do:

• Lead creative direction for branding, social media, web, and gamification campaigns.
   
• Oversee and guide designers, copywriters, and external vendors to produce high-quality creative work.
   
• Direct photo and video shoots, ensuring visuals align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
   
• Collaborate with account servicing, digital, and production teams to bring creative concepts to life.
   
• Ensure consistency in brand storytelling across all platforms and touchpoints.

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements

• Start Date: Immediate or within 1 month.
   
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related field.
   
• Experience: 6–10 years in creative/design roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or art direction capacity (agency experience is a plus).
   
• Languages: Proficient in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage).
   
• Skills: Strong leadership in visual storytelling, campaign ideation, and brand development.
   
• Knowledge: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with familiarity in motion graphics and UI/UX considered a plus.
   
• Bonus Skills: Experience in photo/video shoot direction, gamification/interactive design, and overseeing events/activations from a creative perspective.
   
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, inspiring, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
