Dynamic Yield by Mastercard, is seeking a Digital Marketing Analytics Team Lead to oversee and drive the analytical strategy for our Client Success initiatives. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of analysts, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and optimizing project performance. Overview What You’ll Do * Lead and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and professional development. * Develop and oversee customer campaign performance reporting frameworks, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. * Drive in-depth, proactive analysis to continuously optimize program performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve client outcomes. * Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, providing data-backed recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. * Support and refine reporting on incremental revenue impact, helping clients quantify the value of Dynamic Yield’s solutions. * Improve reporting processes and automation, ensuring efficiency and scalability of analytical operations.
