Job Description

Customer Service Messaging

  • Respond to customer inquiries via social media, email, or messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.)
  • Provide product/service information, resolve basic customer issues, and ensure high-quality, timely responses.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone in all communications.

Lead Handling

  • Engage with potential leads generated through online advertisements, social media campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, preferences, urgency, and purchase potential.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with warm or undecided leads to guide them through the decision-making process.

Basic Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns by handling customer feedback and inquiries.
  • Provide input to improve marketing content based on common customer questions.
  • Create visual content using Photoshop or Canva for digital ads, social media posts, and promotional materials, while also assisting in monitoring campaign performance through data collection and analysis of customer engagement.

Administrative Updates

  • Prepare monthly analysis reports on customer engagement, response times, and lead conversion.


Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  2. 1–2 years of working experience in customer service, marketing support, or lead handling is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Malay.
  4. Experience with Photoshop (or other basic design tools like Canva/Illustrator) for creating simple visuals, ad creatives, or social media content.
  5. Able to multitask and handle customer messages and leads efficiently with good time management.
  6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
