Conduct financial analysis and investment appraisal for strategic projects and new initiatives, including deal strategy, structuring and execution.2. Support the execution of M&amp;As which includes:- Work with relevant Business Divisions (eg. Consumer, Enterprise etc.) to support the identification of potential M&amp;A targets- Perform preliminary assessment of shortlisted Target companies, including:<ul><li>Undertake research on latest trends in relevant sectors&nbsp;</li><li>Analyse / identify and articulate key considerations, risks and issues for Target(s)</li><li>Develop financial models for M&amp;A / valuation of Target(s)</li><li>Undertake financial and commercial analysis of potential M&amp;A</li></ul>- Support the delivery of business cases for potential M&amp;A to the relevant committees and Board for approval- Support the execution of transactions, including interaction with potential Target, internal stakeholders, advisors, and financiers- Coordinate the due diligence process- Support the relevant Business Divisions with post-acquisition integration, and co-ordinate reporting to the Finance team3. Support preparation of presentation materials for management (incl. relevant committees) and Board meetingsWhat do you need to have for the role?Formal Education:<ul><li>Bachelors Degree&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Specialized in: At least one of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering and/or Mathematics.</li><li>Preferably with professional certification (e.g. CA, CPA, CFA, ACCA).</li></ul>Work Experience:<ul><li>Total Work Experience: 4 to 6 years.</li><li>Total Relevant Experience: 2 to 3 years.</li></ul>Skills/ Knowledge:<ul><li>Logical and strategic thinking</li><li>Strong analytical and writing skills, with a good understanding of commercial and business dynamics</li><li>Solid technical skills - financial modelling, valuation and deal structuring experience is preferred</li><li>Competent in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
