Function also requires the incumbent to plan, schedule and manage risk based audits performed by the SP Specialist. Role includes investigating Defalcation-related cases, reporting and recommending actions on suspects to the Defalcation Committee (DC), and acting as the Secretary to the DC. Cases investigated by Special Projects are material in nature and may have significant financial and/or reputational damage to Maxis.</div><div><div><div><div>What are you accountable for?<ul><li>Manage &amp; investigate all cases reported via the Ethics Hotline, and present it to the Defalcation Committee quarterly, or as when required.</li><li>Identify, plan &amp; manage risk-based audits annually for scheduled audits based on reported cases of Fraud for the preceding year.</li><li>Conduct fact-finding interviews with informants &amp; accused / suspects to provide management with un-biased facts to assist in decision making</li><li>Intelligence gathering on suspects, which may include employees, contractors, customers, suppliers, and other 3rd parties outside the company.</li><li>Perform analysis of internal &amp; physical records to assist in investigations</li><li>Manage and produce a summary of Defalcation cases to Audit Committee annually, with annualized savings calculated.</li></ul>What do you need to have for this role?<ul><li>Bachelors Degree&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Specialized in: CFE certification an advantage</li><li>Total Work Experience: 11 to 15 years</li><li>Total Relevant Experience: 7 to 10 years in Investigations</li><li>More tha10 years in Forensic investigation &amp; Risk Management</li><li>Previous experience with Police/MACC or other relevant investigative bodies are an added advantage</li><li>Familiar with investigation Techniques &amp; Tools</li><li>Experience in Fraud Management</li><li>Has good analytical skills &amp; interviewing skills</li></ul></div></div></div></div>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
