<li>To ensure that all products are meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>To keep track of order status by using the schedule, updating schedule into internal data base.</li>
<li>To do daily inventory level and monitoring</li>
<li>To ensure timely restocking of items and timely delivery.</li>
<li>Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.</li>
<li>To coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment bookings</li>
<li>To prepare necessary documents of payments</li>
<li>To prepare report of costing, purchases including cost analysis</li>
<li>Pallet movement monitoring within warehouse&amp; supplier</li>
<li>Stock aging monitoring and highlight to sales team</li>
<li>Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed</li>
<li>Coordinate with Warehouse staff to ensure proper storage</li>
<li>Supplier claim monitoring for damaged and defected item during and after receiving</li>
<li>Application for SIRIM permit for import shipment</li>
<li>Costing calculation and selling price update</li>
<li>Any ad hoc job when required</li>
