<li>Responsible for all accounting functions and tasks.</li>
<li>To supervise and provide support to team members from time to time to ensure daily operations of the accounting department run smoothly.</li>
<li>Continuously strengthen accounting internal controls, process improvement and implement best practices.</li>
<li>Review daily payment and 3Review AR, AP and payment postings to ensure all records are accurate.</li>
<li>To ensure completeness of documents and proper filing.</li>
<li>Organize work schedules to meet monthly closing deadlines.</li>
<li>Perform bank reconciliation.</li>
<li>Posting of monthly payroll, prepayment, accrual entries, diesel record and petty cash.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly Debit Notes.</li>
<li>Prepare oversea suppliers account reconciliation and submit monthly payments to bank.</li>
<li>Perform administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned by Management.</li>
</ul>
