Job Description

• Handling full set of import and trading accounts and perform month end closing in a timely matter.
• Liaise with Overseas suppliers and customers to help maintain documentations for import and export.
• To assist in preparation of audit/tax schedules for year-end statutory audit and tax computation.
• Liaise with external auditor and tax agent.
• Liaise with bankers on the banking facilities especially on Foreign exchange.
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
• Performing day to day accounting operations.
• Any other accounting assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possess LCCI Certificate or at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Able to handle full set of import and trading accounts.
• Positive working attitude, high degree of integrity, maturity and pleasant personality.
• Familiar with SQL Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
• Able to speak fluent in English
• At least 2-3 year(s) of related working experience
