Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) under guidance from senior QSs
Assist in contract administration, including coordination with suppliers and subcontractors
Monitor project costs and highlight cost-saving opportunities to the project team
Help prepare progress claims, final accounts, variations, and other claims
Provide commercial and contractual support to site and project teams
Ensure work complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Support cost control strategies to improve overall project profitability
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with around 1–3 years of experience are also welcome
Basic understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and project accounting
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic quantity surveying software
Strong communication and teamwork skills; comfortable working with project managers, site teams, and suppliers
Knowledge of local construction practices and regulations is an advantage, but training will be provided for fresh grads
