<li>Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of paid digital campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) to generate high-quality leads.</li>
<li>Manage A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversions.</li>
<li>Oversee campaign setup, optimisation, budget allocation, and ROI tracking across channels.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on campaign performance, and present insights to internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative, Telemarketers) to align digital efforts with business goals.</li>
<li>Optimise content and SEO strategies for long-term lead generation.</li>
<li>Stay updated with platform trends and suggest new channels or tools to improve performance.<br></li>
