Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage live streaming operations, develop strategies, and execute promotions to increase turnover.
• Recruit agencies and hosts for market expansion and collaborate with local content providers.
• Establish and maintain key partnerships with associations and anchors to develop top-tier anchors and enhance managerial skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and hot topics for prompt policy and strategy adjustments.
• Analyze channel performance data, address reviews, and optimize strategies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in the livestreaming & entertainment industry
• Highly Preferred: working experience in talent management agency or other live streaming platform is a plus.
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills 
• Self-motivated and proactive, organized and strong skill on building connnection with people
• Working language: English 
• Additional Language: Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
