international standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and RBA.</li><li>Coordinate audit schedules&nbsp;between multiple international sites with internal and external business partners, management systems with corporate sustainability initiatives and business process improvement projects.</li><li>Develop and monitor metrics&nbsp;to measure the effectiveness of EHS&amp;S management systems and audit processes.</li><li>Provide coaching and mentoring&nbsp;to new or less experienced auditors at global and site levels.</li><li>Establish and maintain collaborative relationships&nbsp;with collaborators at all levels.</li></ul>Job Requirements:Qualifications:<ul><li>Relevant auditor’s certification: Accredited ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 lead auditor training by a certified third party.</li><li>Data Analytics and Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to analyze process and audit data and identify improvement opportunities including using technology to enhance process connectivity.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Including proficiency in root cause analysis tools.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and multi-language ability such as Chinese, Malay, and Japanese is desired.</li><li>Strong ability to communicate in different cultural and professional settings: Demonstrated capability to adapt communication styles to diverse cultural and professional environments, fostering understanding and cooperation.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries and geographies: Comfortable navigating different departments and locations with proven ability to work with Required:<ul><li>Auditing Experience: Minimum 5 years in EHS&amp;S management systems auditing, with international audit experience in multinational corporations preferred.</li><li>Operational Experience: At least 5 years in EHS&amp;S operations and management systems within manufacturing, ideally in the electronics or semiconductor industry.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, equipment, and processes in electronics manufacturing and related EHS&amp;S risks.</li><li>Compliance and Auditing: Proven experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with EHS&amp;S standards.</li><li>Integrity and Resiliency: High level of integrity and resiliency in audit processes.</li><li>Process Improvement: Successful track record in leading and
