Job Description
- To assist Head of Department in executing & achieving broad requirement of risk management in the ever expanding and challenging role of risk management in MIMOS Group including subsidiaries; and to facilitate the efficient running of the department.
- To support the development, implementation, and monitoring of risk management frameworks, policies, and practices across the organization, ensuring potential risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and reported effectively.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, tools, and methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks across business units.
- Support risk workshops, assessments, and risk register updates with various departments.
- Conduct risk analysis and scenario planning to evaluate the potential impact of key risks.
- Monitor and track risk mitigation plans and ensure timely reporting to management and the Board.
- Support internal control reviews and risk-based audits in collaboration with Internal Audit.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any related field.
- Minimum 3-4 year of corporate governance experience
- Certified Enterprise Risk Manager / Operational Risk Manager / Enterprise Risk Professional
