Job Description

 Brief

Our IT entity of MKA Group, IDCP System Sdn Bhd is expanding! IDCP is a tech solution provider focusing on building cloud-based business applications for the distribution and retail industries. We utilize the latest web & mobile technology to develop next-gen ERP system, to enhance user experience and reduce manual work processes, with strict & configurable controls in place to support businesses to get ahead. We constantly adapt to cutting edge technology, to delight users with excellent integration that improves functionality and processes to provide a seamless experience.

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the sales of our ERP solutions to meet revenue targets. This role requires a solid understanding of ERP systems and how they bring value to businesses in various industries.

  

Key responsibilities

  •  Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets through cold calling, networking, and lead generation 
  •  Understand customer business requirements and present IDCP ERP solution that address their pain points 
  •  Conduct system demos, and client meetings to showcase the value of IDCP ERP system. 
  •  Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.

  • Our IT office, IDCP System Sdn Bhd is located at our MKA Group HQ located at 40, Jln TPP 5, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor.
  • Working days and hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm.
  • We are fully on-site.

Job Requirements

  •  Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or ERP software industry 
  •  Solid understanding of ERP/Accounting software. Ability to explain functionality of ERP Modules and value of the solution to business client 
  •  Experience in consultative selling, able to understand client pain points and map their needs to the functionality of ERP modules and solution 
  •  Strong ability to initiate engaging conversations with prospects and maintain consistent, effective follow ups to drive sales process forward 
  •  Competent in handling multiple tasks/projects independently 
  •  Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Bachelor Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
