1) Research &amp; Generate Leads a) Conduct research and analysis on qualified leads and clients in order to identify business opportunities b) Generate leads through cold-calling, management of website-generated leads and setting appointments with strategic decision makers c) Assist in the market positioning of the company’s area of services based on intensive market and competitor research 
2) Secure Business &amp; Achieve Sales Targets a) Deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders of the prospective clients. b) Strategically position, develop and propose solutions into meaningful conversation with prospective clients. c) Develop and customise proposals to meet prospect needs and requirements d) Build relationships with stakeholders, especially high-level decision makers (HODs &amp; C-suite Managers) e) Follow-up and negotiate with prospects in order to secure business f) Manage sales pipeline in order to achieve sales targets assigned 
3) Account Management a) Build, maintain and nurture client relationships throughout the business development process with a purpose to grow more business with those clients. b) Collaborate with the company's project delivery team to maintain client satisfaction throughout the project delivery process. c) Track and update everyday business development activities into company’s internal systems
