Job Description

Research & Lead Generation

  • Conduct research and analysis on qualified leads and clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through cold calls, inbound inquiries, and appointments with key decision-makers
    Support market positioning efforts through in-depth market and competitor research

Business Development & Sales

  • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to prospective clients and stakeholders
  • Strategically position and communicate solutions that address client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level decision makers (HODs & C-suite managers)
  • Follow up and negotiate effectively to secure business opportunities
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline to achieve assigned targets

Account Management

  • Nurture and strengthen long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction during project execution
  • Record and update daily business development activities in internal systems

Job Requirements

Requirements & Traits

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B business development or account management (experience in management consulting or organisational development is an advantage)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident, sociable, and persuasive in presenting ideas
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a positive, team-oriented work ethic
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure
