<li>Oversee the management of the end-financier portfolio, evaluate banker performance, and track EF lending quotas. Regularly assess the impact of sales and marketing programs and create post-campaign reports to inform future strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with advertising agencies, media, vendors, and suppliers to identify effective advertising strategies, ensuring brand promotion aligns with campaign goals.</li>
<li>Ensure sales agents (internal and external) meet targets and manage the sales gallery/setup to maintain high standards and engagement.</li>
<li>Participate in project handover meetings, provide assistance during the VP process, and ensure smooth collaboration between sales and project teams.</li>
