Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Governance & Policy: Formulate and execute comprehensive security protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent protection and regulatory adherence across all divisions.
• Converged Security Management: Manage the unification of physical security measures (such as access control, CCTV, and sensors) with digital solutions, prioritising the safeguarding of IoT devices and cutting-edge building environments.
• Predictive Risk Assessment: Leverage AI-powered analytics to detect potential threats in advance, allowing the organisation to shift from a reactive approach to a focus on proactive prevention.
• Crisis Leadership & Resilience: Direct the Group Crisis Management Team, coordinating responses to major security breaches, natural disasters, or AI-driven social engineering threats.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Policy & Strategy: Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response strategies.
• Personnel Management: Hire, train, organise, supervise, and lead security personnel across various sites.
• Risk & Compliance: Perform risk evaluations, pinpoint vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Operations: Manage security infrastructure (including access control, alarm systems, and CCTV) and organise daily security operations.
• Incident Management: Examine incidents, manage responses to alarms, and provide reports to upper management.
• Budgeting: Oversee the budgets for security operations and track expenditures.
• Liaison: Work in partnership with other departments, law enforcement agencies, and external organisations.
• Technology: Keep abreast of emerging security technologies and implement enhancements.
