 This job is for an Early Childhood Educator in a Montessori based School. You might be interested in this job because you get to work in environment that is nurturing and filled with children from 18months to 6 years old. 

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Foster the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of each child.
• Observe and assess children's progress and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Implement positive behavior management strategies.
• Engage with children during activities and ensure their safety and well-being.
