<li>Monitor and analyse output of every machine to increase machine efficiency.</li>
<li>Leads and facilitates continuous improvement activities (e.g. Kaizen, Kanban) focused on root cause analysis to solve problems and achieve 100% conformance to customer requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor scrap performance to ensure draughtsman fully utilize nesting to reduce scrap.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other ad-hoc activities that may be assigned from time to time.</li>
<li>Support production in line improvement to control overhead and increase productivity.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor extra part at production.</li>
<li>Familiar with Auto CAD, Inventer, SolidWorks.</li>
<li>Responsible in making jig, trolley and rack to smoothen the process and ensure 5S.</li>
</ol>
