- Plan the daily production schedule based on the customer’s build plan.
- Ensure the production plan aligns with customer orders and meets on-time delivery targets.
- Liaise with customers regarding new orders and delivery requirements, and coordinate with internal departments accordingly.
- Provide feedback to internal departments regarding delivery, quality, and production output.
- Inspect finished products and conduct testing to ensure compliance with customer specifications, contract requirements, government regulations, and relevant standards.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your superior.
- Communicate customer expectations to internal teams effectively.
- Ensure production output meets customer expectations and communicate any issues proactively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements.
- Support internal sales in achieving company goals.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis when daily production targets are not met.
- Ensure stock records in SQL align with physical inventory counts.
