<li>Plan the daily production schedule based on the customer’s build plan.</li>
<li>Ensure the production plan aligns with customer orders and meets on-time delivery targets.</li>
<li>Liaise with customers regarding new orders and delivery requirements, and coordinate with internal departments accordingly.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to internal departments regarding delivery, quality, and production output.</li>
<li>Inspect finished products and conduct testing to ensure compliance with customer specifications, contract requirements, government regulations, and relevant standards.</li>
<li>Perform any other duties as assigned by your superior.</li>
<li>Communicate customer expectations to internal teams effectively.</li>
<li>Ensure production output meets customer expectations and communicate any issues proactively.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements.</li>
<li>Support internal sales in achieving company goals.</li>
<li>Ensure timely completion of monthly reports.</li>
<li>Conduct root cause analysis when daily production targets are not met.</li>
