<li>To ensure the manufacturing process are meeting the QC specifications as per ISO 9001 requirements</li>
<li>To liaise with Production, R&amp;D, Engineering and Product QA on improvement activities.</li>
<li>To lead improvements activities.</li>
<li>To inculcate quality awareness among workers.</li>
<li>To seek new in-process testing &amp; methods to improve products quality, minimise process rejection &amp; scraps.</li>
<li>Involved in ISO 9001 audit team/auditing process.</li>
<li>Manage and monitoring all inspection (incoming, in process and outgoing QC Inspection)</li>
<li>To conduct and to do improvement in quality matters (supplier, process and customer complaints)</li>
<li>Process improvement and reviewable the daily rejection with counter measure and preventive action.</li>
<li>Manage and compile quality report on monthly basis.</li>
<li>Responsible to verified all the quality reports and documents.</li>
</ol>
