Job Description
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised QC Inspector to join our dynamic team at BW Scaffold Industries Sdn Bhd' in Jenjarom, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for ensuring that products and materials meet specified quality standards before they reach customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Daily inspect in coming, in process & FG item.
- Monitoring and inspection of production process.
- Compile mill cert, generate CAR and investigate and analyze the root cause, identify NG, document the record.
- Quality control on the produced goods for complying with customer requirement.
- Involves in QMS-ISO 9001 includes arrangement for audit (SIRIM/CIDB) update emboss marking, and other task requested by management.
- Involve in Expert ERP system implementation for QA/QC department.
- Monitoring and analysis performance of production process
- Performing other related duties as per assignment by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- Preferably candidate with at list 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Some experience in Manufacturing/QC and use of scope will be added advantage
- Preferable male candidates due to dealing with all male foreign workers.
- Able to conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Required skills in MS Words and MS Excel
- Independent, able to work with minimum supervision and overtime if requires
