We are seeking a dedicated and organised QC Inspector to join our dynamic team at BW Scaffold Industries Sdn Bhd' in Jenjarom, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for ensuring that products and materials meet specified quality standards before they reach customers.
What you'll be doing:
<ul>
<li>Daily inspect in coming, in process &amp; FG item.</li>
<li>Monitoring and inspection of production process.</li>
<li>Compile mill cert, generate CAR and investigate and analyze the root cause, identify NG, document the record.</li>
<li>Quality control on the produced goods for complying with customer requirement.</li>
<li>Involves in QMS-ISO 9001 includes arrangement for audit (SIRIM/CIDB) update emboss marking, and other task requested by management.</li>
<li>Involve in Expert ERP system implementation for QA/QC department.</li>
<li>Monitoring and analysis performance of production process</li>
<li>Performing other related duties as per assignment by management from time to time.</li>
