Job Description
- Perform routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of buggy vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Ensure all buggies are safe for operation and comply with safety standards.
- Conduct daily checks on battery systems, brakes, tires, lights, and steering.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs, and service schedules.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and provide on-site troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with operations team regarding buggy availability and issues.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and inform supervisor on replenishment needs.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of tools and equipment.
- Follow all workplace safety and health regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in vehicle or buggy maintenance (golf buggy experience is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, especially battery-operated vehicles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues independently.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors when required.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
