Since starting as a private brand of The Seiyu, Ltd. (currently Seiyu GK), MUJI has grown to offer more than 7,000 items, developing and merchandising diverse necessities ranging from clothes to foods to housing. MUJI products are sold not only at "MUJI store" but through other types of retailers including outlets, Internet-based shops, convenience stores (FamilyMart) and Askul (online sale).

About Muji 

History MUJI products were developed as low-priced, quality goods under the slogan, "Lower priced for a reason." In 1980, based on its experience of in-house product development with its former parent company, Seiyu, Ltd, Ryohin Keikaku launched MUJI as the brand designed with a no-brand concept. The basic concept of its product development was to manufacture really well designed essential items for daily living. Therefore, we focused on the careful selection of material, streamlining manufacturing processes, and simplifying our packaging; such a forward-looking concept has made MUJI products appear fresh and new to people living in this modern era so saturated with excessive, and over-decorated things. <li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Resident at Muji HQ to provide first level on-site or remote technical support on hardware, software, and all IT related issues for HQ, Stores, and Warehouse.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support users on computer, printing, scan, desktop applications including but not limited to:&nbsp;</li>

<li>&nbsp;User Account &amp; Office 365 Administration.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Company Accounting, Inventory, and POS System Administration.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Operating systems, networks, troubleshooting, and firewall technologies.</li>
</ul>

<li>Monitor critical jobs ensuring the uptime of all servers, network services, backup &amp; restore, and systems interface between multiple platforms.</li>
<li>&nbsp;As one of IT PIC ensuring the completion of setting up for various New, Relocation, and Closure of Store Projects.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assigned as IT Key Person onto New POS &amp; ERP System Upgrades and Migration.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in documentation of work processes, system workflow and operating procedures (user/admin guides).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users' requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow-through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure the smooth operation of the end user needs and system availability.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the IT Team or HOD.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Availability to work on weekends &amp; public holidays, as required, to provide support during peak operational hours in stores.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Performing any other IT-related duties assigned.</li>
