Since starting as a private brand of The Seiyu, Ltd. (currently Seiyu GK), MUJI has grown to offer more than 7,000 items, developing and merchandising diverse necessities ranging from clothes to foods to housing. MUJI products are sold not only at "MUJI store" but through other types of retailers including outlets, Internet-based shops, convenience stores (FamilyMart) and Askul (online sale).

About Muji 

History MUJI products were developed as low-priced, quality goods under the slogan, "Lower priced for a reason." In 1980, based on its experience of in-house product development with its former parent company, Seiyu, Ltd, Ryohin Keikaku launched MUJI as the brand designed with a no-brand concept. The basic concept of its product development was to manufacture really well designed essential items for daily living. Therefore, we focused on the careful selection of material, streamlining manufacturing processes, and simplifying our packaging; such a forward-looking concept has made MUJI products appear fresh and new to people living in this modern era so saturated with excessive, and over-decorated things. MUJI products have long been appreciated by people for their simple beauty, elegance and design.

<li>Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales budget.</li>
<li>Assist in carrying out the weekly sales action plan at their assigned areas or departments</li>
<li>Provide product information and service to customers pro-actively</li>
<li>Greet and assist customer at the sales floor attentively</li>
<li>Assist in receiving, counting of stocks, tagging and labeling</li>
<li>Monitor and check goods with expiry date (Health &amp; Beauty / Food)</li>
<li>Do daily/weekly housekeeping</li>
<li>Assist in tagging sensor tag, especially for garment</li>
<li>Actively feedback on fast and slow moving stock</li>
<li>Maintain the work area by adhering to the safety standards as required</li>
<li>Perform daily stock replenishment</li>
<li>Assist the cashier at the Checkout point when required</li>
<li>Responsible in the reporting of price error</li>
<li>Equipped with the knowledge of the extended services and fees involved (Home delivery &amp; Alteration)</li>
<li>Demonstrate appropriate customer service skills as according to the Muji standard</li>
<li>Provide effective and efficient service to assist the customers of all aspects</li>
<li>Gather feedback from customer and suggest improvement for the areas to the superior</li>
<li>Ensure stock sold by first in first out to avoid an increase of aging merchandise</li>
<li>Report on any discrepancy of stock holding against the system</li>
<li>Ensure all available stock are being displayed</li>
