As a Junior Conference Producer at Muse Consultancy Asia, you’ll help bring high-level events to life—from research and agenda planning to speaker engagement and live execution. You’ll learn the ropes of content production while building strong networks with thought leaders across industries.

Key Responsibilities
Content Curation – Research topics, design conference themes, draft agendas.
Speaker Engagement – Source, invite, and liaise with expert speakers and moderators.
Operations Support – Assist in venue scouting, vendor coordination, AV support, and registration processes.
Marketing Collaboration – Help craft campaign messages, event brochures, and web content.
Budget Tracking – Monitor budgets and support sponsorship/ticketing goals.
Onsite Event Coordination – Be part of the execution team ensuring things run smoothly.
Post-Event Review – Support survey rollouts and event impact assessments.
