Job Scope / Responsibilities
- Plan and execute on-ground events, roadshows, and FMCG brand activation campaigns
- Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely event delivery
- Source, coordinate, and manage event crew, promoters, vendors, and logistics
- Manage product sampling processes, stock tracking, and FMCG-related activation requirements
- Prepare, monitor, and maintain event timelines, budgets, and working files
- Attend site recces, oversee event setup, and supervise live events (weekdays/weekends when required)
- Ensure brand compliance, booth setup quality, and consumer engagement performance
- Handle post-event reporting, including photos, performance summary, promoter feedback, and stock reconciliation

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Comm, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in events or related industries (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
- Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work flexible hours (weekends/late nights during event periods)
- Possess own transport & willing to travel
