Job Scope / Responsibilities
- Plan and execute on-ground events, roadshows, and brand activations
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Source, coordinate and manage event crew, promoters, vendors, and logistics
- Prepare and manage event timelines, budgets, and reports
- Attend site recces, setup, and supervise events (weekdays/weekends when required)
- Handle post-event reporting and documentation
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Comm, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in events or related industries (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
- Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work flexible hours (weekends/late nights during event periods)
- Possess own transport & willing to travel
