Job Scope / Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute on-ground events, roadshows, and FMCG brand activation campaigns</li>
<li>Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely event delivery</li>
<li>Source, coordinate, and manage event crew, promoters, vendors, and logistics</li>
<li>Manage product sampling processes, stock tracking, and FMCG-related activation requirements</li>
<li>Prepare, monitor, and maintain event timelines, budgets, and working files</li>
<li>Attend site recces, oversee event setup, and supervise live events (weekdays/weekends when required)</li>
<li>Ensure brand compliance, booth setup quality, and consumer engagement performance</li>
<li>Handle post-event reporting, including photos, performance summary, promoter feedback, and stock reconciliation</li>
</ul>
