Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort and ensure smooth departmental coordination.
• Lead and manage Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen and Maintenance teams.
• Supervise a workforce of approximately 25 employees, including 3 Department Heads.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest feedback and complaints.
• Drive occupancy, revenue growth and overall resort profitability.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, purchasing and inventory controls.
• Maintain compliance with company SOPs, service standards and safety requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate employees to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure the resort facilities, equipment and grounds are properly maintained.
• Promote a positive work culture while supporting the resort's eco-tourism and sustainability objectives

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
• Good written and spoken English
• Proven management experience and staff management skills
• Ability to work independently and keen attention to detail
• Passion for the environment and rainforest eco-tourism
