Role Summary:
As Myra’s Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional experience. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a positive impression of the organization and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Managing Incoming Calls:</li>
<ul>
<li>Answering and directing incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.</li>
<li>Providing information and assistance to callers as needed.</li>
</ul>
<li>Managing Meeting Room Schedules:</li>
<ul>
<li>Coordinating and scheduling meeting rooms to accommodate internal meetings, client visits, and other events.</li>
<li>Ensuring meeting rooms are set up with necessary equipment and materials prior to scheduled meetings.</li>
<li>Managing changes to meeting schedules and communicating updates to relevant parties.</li>
</ul>
<li>Ensuring Office Maintenance and Upkeep:</li>
<ul>
<li>Monitoring and reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the office.</li>
<li>Coordinating with building management or external vendors to address maintenance concerns promptly.</li>
<li>Performing regular inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.</li>
</ul>
<li>Ensuring Office Maintenance and Upkeep:</li>
<ul>
<li>Monitoring and reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the office.</li>
