Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Work with the SEO team to develop google marketing projects (SEO, SEM &amp; Website Development) that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication via phone, email, or meetings.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout all project stages, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on progress, performance, and results.</li>
<li>Present campaign ideas, project updates, and performance reports as per Operating Standards or client requests.</li>
<li>Coordinate internal resources and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
What We're Seeking:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>Must have experience in client servicing, managing accounts, project management and ensuring client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Preferred to have basic SEO knowledge,  understand keywords ranking, Meta tags, Heading Format</li>
<li>Preferred to have 1 -3 year of working experience in digital marketing marketing/  SEO / SEM / Web development campaign management.</li>
<li>Good to have experience in Marketing Agency background.</li>
<li> Ability to meet deadlines and outstanding time management skill.</li>
<li> Excellent presentation skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required to handle our Chinese Clients. Other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.</li>
<li>Proficient in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console will be added advantage</li>
<li>Open to candidates with full working right in Malaysia only</li>
</ul>
