Our flagship product, the Nateskin Trimmer, empowers men and women to groom their intimates with confidence, without fear of any cuts or snags. Nateskin is nuts about research and development, product development, marketing and expansion.<br><br>Since we started in 2021, Nateskin has allowed many people around the globe to feel confident once again; and to be honest, their partners appreciate us as well because a mowed lawn always makes the house look larger.<br><br>As we are currently in our scaling and expansion phase, we’re focusing on providing game-changing products that encourage anyone at all to indulge in a routine that promotes self-love. We’ve gone through considerable thought to curate a collection of unisex grooming products that answers the problems to unspoken topics such as morning breath, body odour (and the list goes on…). Can you shoot, edit, and bring creative ideas to life while leading a team to execute high-quality content? If you’re an experienced videographer, photographer, and editor with at least 2-3 years in production, we want YOU to join Nateskin’s creative team!</p>
<p>We believe in raising the bar, exceeding expectations, and never settling for "good enough." With our own in-house studio, top-tier equipment, and a bold approach to content, this role is for someone who thrives on pushing creative boundaries and taking initiative.</p>
<p>You’ll lead our monthly ad shoots, train junior production assistants, and bring our creative vision to life with precision and innovation. If you’ve worked on e-commerce product photography, direct-response ads, or stop-motion videos, you’ll have a major advantage.</p>

<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>
<h4><strong>Production &amp; Filming – Bring the Vision to Life</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Lead Nateskin’s monthly ad shoots, ensuring flawless camera work, lighting, and composition.</li>
<li>Film and photograph product ads, brand visuals, and lifestyle content that elevate Nateskin’s brand image.</li>
<li>Capture high-quality product photography for e-commerce and marketing needs, including stop-motion-style ads like <a href="https://knotably.com/" target="_self"><ins>Knotably</ins></a>.</li>
<li>Take initiative in improving production workflows and bringing fresh creative ideas to every shoot.</li>
<li>Ensure seamless operation of Sony A7III cameras, lenses, DJI gimbals, and other Nateskin video equipment.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Editing &amp; Post-Production – Craft Every Detail</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Edit raw footage into polished ads and social media content, ensuring high-quality storytelling and engagement.</li>
<li>Perform colour correction and grading using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.</li>
<li>Add motion graphics and animation when needed, using After Effects or similar tools.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth product retouching and compositing for high-end photography.</li>
<li>Deliver work that doesn’t just meet the standard—but sets a new one.</li>

<h4><strong>Studio Setup &amp; Team Leadership – Build &amp; Elevate the Team</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Set up and manage Nateskin’s in-house photo and video studio (551 sqft space).</li>
<li>Train junior staff to assist in production and video editing, helping them grow into top-tier creators.</li>
<li>Be a reliable leader—someone the team can count on for guidance and support.</li>
<li>Experiment with new production techniques, stop-motion, and dynamic content ideas to keep Nateskin’s visuals fresh and engaging.</li>
<li>Foster a collaborative environment where ideas flow freely and execution is seamless.</li>
