Job Description (job assigned are not limited to the list below):
<ul>
<li>Handling and assigning day to day production of goods to cooks&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensuring day to day operations comply the company’s and governing bodies’ standard procedures</li>
<li>Maintaining quality control, hygiene, and health and safety according to MeSTI and Jabatan Kesihatan Malaysia standards</li>
<li>Reviewing and constantly improve on current production materials and methods</li>
<li>Handling day to day paperwork within deadlines</li>
<li>Communicate with warehouse supervisor on products’ stocks or variances</li>
<li>Managing in costing, stock control and ordering for the production kitchen</li>
<li>Maintaining the highest standards of quality of food productions</li>
<li>Liaising with clients for OEM products’ R&amp;D and samples</li>
<li>Solving and correcting operations issues (i.e. food quality, machinery maintenance and fixing, etc)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Helping in any area of the company when circumstances dictate.</li>
</ul>
