Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee the daily flow of our kitchen. Your focus is to ensure that the kitchen is stocked, the staff is productive and every order leaves our facility perfectly packed and routed for delivery. You are the bridge between culinary execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Order Fulfillment & QC: Act as the final checkpoint for all outgoing orders. Ensure food is prepared to spec, packed securely for transit and labeled correctly.
  • Logistics & Dispatch: Manage delivery platforms and in-house riders. Arrange efficient delivery routes to ensure food arrives hot and on time.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee kitchen crew performance. Ensure all stations are manned, productive and adhering to the daily preparation schedule.
  • Inventory & Procurement: Manage "End-to-End" ordering for both food (fresh produce, dry goods) and non-food items (packaging, cleaning supplies, utensils).
  • Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the kitchen-to-delivery handoff and implement faster, more accurate systems.
  • Sanitation Leadership: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, ensure the packing and dispatch area is sanitized and organized. 

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years in F&B operations, Cloud Kitchen management.
  • Logistics Savvy: Familiarity with delivery and experience in manual route planning or rider coordination.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage diverse kitchen personalities and keep a team on track during high-pressure peak hours.
  • Operational Mindset: Detail-oriented with a "zero-mistake" attitude toward order accuracy and inventory levels.
  • Language: Ability to communicate clearly in English/Chinese/BM to coordinate with both kitchen staff and delivery drivers/riders.
  • Warm, patient and people-oriented personality - you enjoy helping others.
  • Organized and responsible — able to follow through on tasks.
  • Tech-friendly — familiar with WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, basic admin tools.
  • Passion for women’s wellness, motherhood, health or community work is a huge plus.
