The initial idea was formed at National University of Singapore (NUS) campus in year 2012, where our founding members team up at the school canteen, and decided to put our knowledge in business, to deliver new technologies to boost manufacturers’ efficiency.
Started as a reseller of a well known ERP system, we start to notice that the local manufacturers has problem transferring the European technologies into Malaysian and Singaporean manufacturers due to cultural and methodologies difference.
On 2015, we start to invest on our development team in Penang Malaysia, where 4 of us cramping into a 150 sqft shared office, developing our very own Manufacturing System, our first version of InfoHub was released in 2016, securing three pilot customers.
On 2017, we established Neptrix Pte Ltd in Singapore, to better serve our overseas customers. Same year, we released infohub v2, with more stable and complete functionalities.
On 2019, infohub v3 was released, supporting multicompanies after we were awarded a contract to manage Penang Automation Cluster. Same year, we recorded a 200% YoY revenue for past 3 years.
Recently, Neptrix had awarded CIP Ignite II grant by Cradle, Malaysia, and we had moved to our current 4,000 sqft full-facility office at Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia.
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, Neptrix had secured 2 high profile customers in Singapore and we are currently expanding aggresively to regional market.
