Job Description

 #TeamNetmore is Looking for Creative and Detail-Oriented Web Designer. 
In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our clients' needs and brand identity. You will collaborate closely with developers and other team members to ensure seamless implementation of designs. 

• Design and develop creative website mock-ups based on client requirements, ensuring compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Design Tools: Utilize design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. The company will provide the necessary software licenses.
• Conduct Website research to generate design concepts and ideas.
• Create mobile-responsive designs by developing mock-ups compatible with desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
• Design graphic elements related to the website, including banners and other visual assets.
• Perform ad-hoc design tasks as required, such as saving and editing images, organizing design files, and conducting research.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible, optimized for implementation, and meet project requirements.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in UI/UX Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a Web Designer role, with a portfolio showcasing web design projects.
• Expertise in Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other related design tools (additional skills are a plus).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing stress and challenges effectively.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Ability to work independently, taking initiative and delivering on client requests autonomously.
• A keen attention to detail, ensuring that every design element is meticulously aligned and cohesive to create visually appealing designs.
• Innovative and creative mindset, staying updated on emerging industry trends and applying them to design work.
• Only open to Malaysian citizens.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous as it facilitates communication with clients from Taiwan and Hong Kong.
• Excellent communication skills are a must, as the role requires collaboration and support with both teams and clients.
