This role ensures smooth coordination between departments such as Accounts, Warehouse, and Sales to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Process daily sales orders and trade returns, ensuring accuracy.</li>
<li>Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure all sales data is accurate and up to date in the system.</li>
<li>Work closely with Accounts, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.</li>
<li>Support the sales department in day-to-day activities and special projects.</li>

<li>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting</li>

<li>Compile sales data to generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.</li>
<li>Monitor and track merchandiser KPIs to evaluate performance.</li>
