Responsibility

<li>Content Creation &amp; Design</li>
<li>Use design tools (such as Canva) to create visually appealing graphics for social media posts.</li>
<li>Stay updated with the latest social media trends and design best practices.</li>
<li>Content Scheduling and Publishing</li>
<li>Schedule posts for optimal times under the guidance of a supervisor.</li>
<li>Assist in publishing content on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS, LinkedIn, etc.</li>
<li>Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely posting.</li>
<li>Community Management</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.</li>
<li>Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and responding to messages under supervision.</li>
<li>Analytics and Reporting</li>
<li>Gather data on social media performance (likes, shares, comments, engagement rates).</li>
<li>Collaboration</li>
<li>Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to align efforts with overall business objectives.</li>
