Responsibility

• Content Creation & Design
• Use design tools (such as Canva) to create visually appealing graphics for social media posts.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and design best practices.
• Content Scheduling and Publishing
• Schedule posts for optimal times under the guidance of a supervisor.
• Assist in publishing content on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS, LinkedIn, etc.
• Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely posting.
• Community Management
• Assist in monitoring comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
• Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and responding to messages under supervision.
• Analytics and Reporting
• Gather data on social media performance (likes, shares, comments, engagement rates).
• Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to align efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Students majoring in marketing, design, communications, advertising, business, or a related field.
• Good proficiency in Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type), and English (Speak, Read, Type).
• Ability to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
• Thoroughness and accuracy in editing social media content.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, trends, and changes in the social media landscape.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
