Responsibilities:
&nbsp;1. Financial Record Keeping
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.</li>
<li>Record and classify financial transactions in the accounting system.</li>
<li>Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.</li>
<li>负责维护公司准确且最新的财务记录。</li>
<li>在会计系统中记录并分类各项财务交易。</li>
<li>定期进行银行对账，确保账目数据的一致性与准确性。</li>

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable
<ul>
<li>Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Manage accounts receivable, including issuing invoices.</li>
<li>及时处理供应商发票、付款申请及各项费用报销。</li>
<li>管理应收账款，包括开具发票。</li>
</ul>
3. Compliance and Audit
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.</li>
<li>确保所有财务操作符合会计准则、公司政策及相关法律法规。</li>
<li>负责所有财务文件的规范整理、归档与备份</li>

4. Operational Support

<li>Process and coordinate daily operation documentation.</li>
