<li>Issue invoice, official receipt, and preparing debtor statement every beginning of the month.</li>
<li>Perform basic office task, such as filling, data entry, answering phone, processing email, etc.</li>
<li>Follow up on customer overdue payments and assist in reviewing credit control.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing listing, and/or maintaining listing.</li>
<li>Assist with audit, fact checks and resolving discrepancies and variances.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing month end or yearend closing management account.</li>
<li>Assist senior in dealing with oversea subsidiaries account. </li>
<li>Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.</li>
</ul>
