About the role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Next Energy Sdn. Bhd., based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The Junior Marketing Executive will support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, social media activities, and brand-building initiatives. This role requires a creative individual with basic graphic design skills to develop engaging visuals and content that effectively communicate the company’s message across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibility
Creative &amp; Design
<ul>
<li>Assist in designing marketing materials such as posters, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.</li>
<li>Support in creating visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, and internal communications.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency with brand identity across all materials and platforms.</li>
<li>Adapt existing designs for different formats and channels.</li>
<li>Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.</li>
</ul>
Marketing Support
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing visuals for product launches, advertisements, and online content.</li>
<li>Help maintain and organize the company’s design assets and media library.</li>
<li>Support in tracking and analyzing design performance for digital platforms (optional).</li>
</ul>
Coordination &amp; Development
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (printers, agencies, etc.) when needed.</li>
<li>Learn and apply feedback from senior team members to continuously improve design quality.</li>
<li>Manage multiple design tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.</li>
</ul>
