Are you a social media maestro looking to elevate your game? Join our team as a Account Strategist in creating impactful marketing experiences for our clients!

Marketing Campaign Planning & Management:

• Take the reins on planning and executing social media marketing campaigns, both independently and collaboratively
• Spearhead initiatives to identify resources for our clients' marketing efforts, including influencers, vendors, and stakeholders who closely align with their objectives
• Provide additional support on events when the team needs an extra pair of hands

Social Media Planning & Management:

• Develop and implementing content strategy to achieve our brand clients’ marketing and communication goals
• Collaborate with creative team on producing high quality contents
• Manage day-to-day social media operations and managements across social media platforms such as post scheduling, creative caption copywriting, performance monitoring etc.
• Maintain an up-to-date social media knowledges and how-to skills such as trends, tools and technologies

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

• Dive deep into campaign data to generate insightful reports on successes and suggest actionable improvements

Account & Business Development Support:

• Support in cross-selling or up-selling opportunities to both existing and potential clients
• Stay abreast of industry trends and news to remain informed and seize relevant opportunities
• Support in developing partnership opportunities to drive leads and growth for the company
  

Job Requirements

Junior Position
Salary Range : 3000 - 4000

• 1-3 years working in marketing agencies and/or marketing departments
• LOVE social media - you know what’s happening on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Lemon8, X, and other trending social channels
• Well understanding in KOL marketing, Digital marketing, O2O marketing and etc with advance skills in marketing strategies for different brands
• Cost effectively manage and sustain projects or campaigns budgeting/cost
• Able to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoning
• Fluent in writing & spoken communication in English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu
• Passionate and proactive in self-improvement with minimum supervision
• Able to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment
• A good team player, delivering projects internally & externally with timeliness
• A problem solver
• Bonus: proficiency in any AI tools or AI prompt technique

Senior Position
Salary Range : 4000 - 5500

• 3-5 years working in marketing agencies and/or marketing departments
• LOVE social media - you know what’s happening on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Lemon8, X, and other trending social channels
• Strong understanding in KOL marketing, Digital marketing, O2O marketing and etc with advance skills in marketing strategies for different brands and industry
• Able to lead projects and campaigns start from taking the brief to execution
• Cost effectively manage and sustain projects or campaigns budgeting/cost
• Always come in with great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoning
• Fluent in writing & spoken communication in English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu
• Great communication skill and able to build relationship with clients and suppliers
• Passionate and proactive in self-improvement with minimum supervision
• Able to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment
• A good team player, delivering projects internally & externally with timeliness
• A problem solver
