<li>Design, propose, and standardize sales reporting formats for stakeholders.</li>
<li>Analyse sales and operational data to uncover trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement or growth.</li>
<li>Assist in sales planning initiatives to support the expansion of FMCG product distribution.</li>
<li>Manage and optimize salesman routing to ensure effective coverage, productivity, and cost efficiency across territories.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance) to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.</li>
<li>Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to Sales and Management teams, delivering clear insights on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales performance, and market trends.</li>
<li>Maintain and manage sales and operational databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems.</li>
<li>Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support strategic planning and identify new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Support the sales team with actionable insights and recommendations to boost performance and enhance customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out new sales initiatives, monitor their performance, and optimize for maximum impact.</li>
<li>Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of reports and analytics to stakeholders.</li>
